This 60-minute Business Consulting provides additional one-on-one instruction, analysis of business, and support to help you establish strategies, business plans, financials plans, etc. in all areas of business. Consulting sessions involve a more in-depth exploration of specific figures, setting future steps, establishing goal plans, and teaching the necessary actions to progress.

Business Financial Framework

90-minute sessions, 2-3 meetings required.

Looking for funding and need your financial projections? Whether you are self-funding your start-up or seeking a business loan, meeting with a professional can help you strategize for potential challenges and avoid common pitfalls that may hinder growth and the sustainability of your business. Gain financial projections and reports essential for securing funding for your business and see if your business is financially viable. (Pricing is based on 4 hours total. For larger projects, additional hours will be billed at business consulting rate.)

Business Strategy Plan

Full completed plans require a Business Financial Framework as well to complete the financial reports to present for funding with financial institutions, investors, and grant applications. 2-hour sessions, 5 total meetings.

A business strategy plan outlines your decision-making process, reducing stress and enabling you to achieve your goals. EAG Program

Those who qualify for Economic Assistants Grant (EAG) Program can receive a discounted rate for business counseling services to businesses and entrepreneurs.

Eligible areas include San Juan County and Grand County.
